Welcome to the NBS PTO Payments & Donations page. On this page, you can pay your PTO dues & fees, or make any other donation using a credit card. Please completely fill out this online form, so that we can accurately allocate your payment for the correct student and purpose.

School Supplies Order information (enter family name and how many of each kit desired): Kindergarten: $38 supplies plus $3 credit card convenience fee = $41 each First & Second Grade: $69 plus $3 credit card convenience fee = $72 each Third, Fourth & Fifth Grade: $89 plus $4 planner plus $3 credit card convenience fee = $96 each Third, Fouth & Fifth Grade Planner ONLY: $4 plus $.50 credit card convenience fee = $4.50
Please provide enough detail above so that we can match your payment or donation. You should fill out any forms that the PTO volunteers need (for example, if this is for your dues and yearbook, you should fill out the form and send it in with your child). Mark your form to indicate that you paid online, and attach a print out of the receipt that will be e-mailed to you after you complete the transaction.     Thank you for your support!
